Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted January 24, 2022.

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company is a vertically integrated musculoskeletal outcomes management company.

HOPCo manages physician practices, hospital service lines, population health and value-based care programs, and musculoskeletal delivery networks.

As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Project Management, Education Coordination and Onboarding
Project manages and leads a wide variety of situations involving the onboarding of all providers for the company while relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Act as a liaison for provider during the lifecycle of onboarding.
Manage provider’s progress through onboarding process from initiation to closure, while documenting and tracking provider status in SmartSheet.
Proactively handle any barriers to initiate employment.
Creates onboarding and training schedules.

Works collaboratively with other departments and the onboarding/offboarding group to ensure a smooth transition and orientation.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with identified schools.

Manages intern and extern programs by obtaining affiliation agreements, ensuring both parties are compliant, and works with other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
Organizes provider-specific events such as Grand Rounds.

Acts as the CME resource and reimburses expenses within the guidelines of the policies.
Stays informed of business and growth plans to fully support efforts.

Maintains working knowledge of contract/offer changes, identifies action items, and facilitates resolution.
Manages the Onboarding Workgroup Meeting and reports out to appropriate organizational body.
Advanced Practice Provider Recruiting
Posts, recruits and onboard all APPs.

Works with outside agencies to advertise for open positions.

Receives CVs and performs initial phone screens with PA, NP, PTs.

Understands state licensure status and facilitates out of state and out of country candidates through the process as needed.

Works with outside counsel on work visas for out of country providers.
Collaborates with HR and department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate APP job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Manages interview logistics for candidates moving forward in the process: travel, hotel, interview schedules, dinners, reimbursement of expenses.

Manages the online assessment tool process.
Processes all requests for payment for relocation and sign on agreements.
Works with Integration, HR and administration on national standardizing actions of provider onboarding.
Collaborates with Physician Recruiter and Talent Acquisition for seamless transition to onboarding.
Responsible for Executive Onboarding for HOPCo/CORE.

Will track all and/or implement all necessary functions for a smooth onboarding experience.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.

Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, preferably with health care providers.
Credentialling knowledge preferred.
Project Management certification preferred.
Experience in planning events, both small and large, group dinners and educational meetings/conferences.
