Recruitment Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Columbia, MD posted October 13, 2021.

HR/Recruiting Coordinator role for a 400 employee real estate development firm in Columbia MD. This is a direct hire role and it comes with benefits + a bonus and stock options. 

The role would assist with the following:
Onboarding and Offboarding employees Partnering with HR Business Partners to document new hires, status changes, compensation actions and terminations.

Assist in full cycle recruiting for professional services Distribute and track performance reviews (in UltiPro) Assist to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plans, EEO and Diversity and Inclusion Coordinate the Internship Programs with HR support.

Coordinate the Mentorship Program support from HRBP’s.

Assist coordinate employee events and charitable activities, managing the logistics of that event and providing data about events to senior management.

Work on metrics reports.

Requirements

·        2+ years’ in Recruitment and HR – Good HR Knowledge on best practices and compliance/ legislations

·       HR and recruiting experience preferred

·        Strong and fluid communicator, sense of urgency, with comfort working within team or independent environment

·       A can-do attitude with openness to learn from others across the division
