Looking for: We are in urgent need of Recruiters whose passion is in hiring the best people for our valued clients.

This person will be screening roles ranging from SEO Executives, Virtual Assistants, Digital Marketing, Content Writers, to specialized and managerial roles.

We need someone zealous enough to take new challenges and turn ideas into successful implementation and results.

Responsibilities:Understand job requirements for each new position as requestedLiaise with company head, managers, leaders and HR manager regarding their hiring requirementsScreen resumes filtering those that match the requirementsSchedule initial interviews and screening examinationsConduct initial interviews with suitable candidatesMaintain recruitment databases and trackersSet up interview appointment for those candidates that meet the job requirements for the clients to conduct the final interviewCoordinate with Team Leaders and Project Managers for account specific interviews and examsDraft hiring documents such as Offer Letters, Training Agreements, and Job DescriptionsOther recruitment-related tasks as assigned Qualifications and RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, preferably a Psychology or HRDM graduateMust have at least 2-3 years experience in HR screening & recruitmentHas a high-level understanding of HR Recruitment systems and proceduresAbility to build client and applicant relationshipsExperience dealing with foreign clients preferred but not essentialExceptional English communication skills both written and oralStrong attention to detailsAble to manage time effectively, work independently and stay on top of deadlineAccess to laptop/computer, high speed internetUseful Information:Mondays
– Friday; 1-9PMPaid holidays & sick leavesThere will be additional benefits post a paid 3 month probationary period.
