Our client is an international specialist Executive Search Firm dedicated to Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma clients placing the best local and international talent through its network of global offices across Asia, Europe and the US.

The firm operates in a Retained model, placing VP through Board Members.The firm is willing to support relocation for the right candidate.Job descriptionThe Researcher will be required to build and maintain a competitive pipeline qualifying candidates from multiple data sources to provide strong candidate target lists.

As a researcher, you will also maintain candidate and company databases, and develop highly efficient sourcing methods.

will include but not be limited to:Supporting the Managing Partners in high level searches across technical markets, such as Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharma and Medical Devices.Build a strategic sourcing tool which will allow to be in constant contact with top talent in the marketDevelop a network of passive candidates who will require long term meaningful relationship to make a moveUnderstanding critical roles for each clientHead hunting potential candidatesScreening of potential candidatesSelect candidates, identify skills to match appropriately with vacanciesReference checking of candidatesCompiling cold calling lists and cold calling
· Qualified candidates will have strong experience in sourcing techniques, ideally within a retained recruitment environment
· Strong presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to an executive-level audience.
· Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, an extreme attention to detail and a relentless desire to seek out the best candidates.:
· Recruitment experience, in a research capacity, with Life Sciences & Pharma search work
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills
· An interest and passion for executive recruitment
