Overview: As a Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and identifying top talent from around the United States for driver, manager, and support staff employment in addition to recruiting Independent Contractor and Motor Carrier delivery teams. The position will be based at the corporate office location in Toledo, Ohio.

Responsibilities:Facilitate passive and active talent pipelining through creative sourcing strategies, interactive marketing plans and networking opportunities.Place ads, screen applicants, schedule and perform interviewsFollow and ensure the completion of all on-boarding materials by the candidatesFoster and build relationships with the Executive and Operations team to understand recruiting needs. Keep abreast of changes, happenings, etc.

in the industry that may affect the driver population and make appropriate recommendations.Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application (additional information needed, verification of questionable results, advising of approval or denial).Close the offer to qualified candidates to meet recruiting goals, informing potential candidates of wages, compensation and benefit programs, as well as nature of job and duties.Schedule approved applicants to attend orientation, to include transportation, lodging, and coordinating with other departments as needed.Work with RM’s/GM’s to direct the use of trainers to ensure the success of new hires.Maintain, track and manage the utilization of a flexible travel fleet of delivery personnel.Work with RM’s and GM’s to manage and direct utilization and sharing of existing delivery personnel between operations locations in order to support capacity demands.Travel as needed to operations locations across the country to conduct interviews, job fairs, and other on-boarding tasks. Qualifications and Skills:Avid social media user with proficiency in using platforms for marketing, engaging, networking and sourcing.Must possess knowledge of recruiting processes.Minimum of one-year relevant transportation recruiting industry experience required.Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.Must exhibit proficiency in job posting, database spreadsheet reporting, interviewing, and the ability to identify qualified drivers.Must possess self-reliance and drive.Travel required, some weekend and after hour’s availability as business warrants is required.
