JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Regional Recruiting Manager

Sunbelt’s Regional Recruiting Manager is empowered to match great people with great opportunities so we can make it happen for our customers.

As a Regional Recruiting Manager, you will partner with the regional leadership team to align operational staffing needs with the company’s overall talent acquisition objectives.  management goals to achieve specific operational and financial goals. This position will be charged with leading efforts to increase and assist the field with one or more of the following talent management areas: Recruitment, competencies, talent assessments, succession management, and workforce analytics.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • 5-8 years proven recruiting experience in a corporate or third-party environment
  • Construction/heavy equipment environment preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • Talent management areas – competencies, talent assessments, succession management, performance management, development planning, and workforce analytics
  • Employment law and acceptable hiring practices
