Regional Recruiting Manager, Install


This is a Contract position in Hopkinton, MA posted June 17, 2021.

Position Summary:Lead a regional team of recruiters in assigned market(s) and coordinate with other areas of Talent Acquisition to carry out operational and strategic initiatives to meet talent needs. This position will coordinate the development of talent pipelines, various recruiting programs, and is a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment production goals while seeking continuous quality and efficiency improvementsFunction as a working manager in supporting recruiting efforts as needed particularly for challenged locationsInterface with management to identify key talent acquisition initiativesDevelop and manage programs and strategies to attract candidates and build talent pipelines and oversee best practices regarding recruiting/staffing strategies to position the Company as an “employer of choice”Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to enhance resultsCollaborate with HR and Talent leadership in developing and presenting opportunities to discover new talent pipelinesServe as the Business Process Owner for applicant tracking system specific to your region and ensure 100% data accuracy and complianceFurther the talent acquisition team as a credible, trustworthy, and capable resource within the organization through executional excellenceProvide daily, weekly, monthly reporting to senior level leadership within talent, human resources and supported business unitsPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisorMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). Experience and Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience5+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience with proven results in a corporate full-life cycle recruiting environmentExperience driving efficiencies through the use of technologies, process, and workflowsExperience leveraging social media and internet research in support of creative sourcingUnderstanding of recruiting environments, competitive landscape, and emerging trendsProficient skills with Enterprise-level ATS solutionHighly motivated with a strong customer focusAbility to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a results-driven approachExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated team leadership, facilitation skills, and the ability to hire, build and develop high performing teamsProficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). Travel Requirements:25%-50% domestic travel required.
