The pay rate for this role starts at $17.34/hr and is based on experience and internal equity. It’s also eligible for the below shift differentials ON TOP of the starting rate:
Resource department: $2.25 (automatically applied = $19.25/hr)
Evening: $1.90
Night: $4.40
Weekend – Day: $2.75
Weekend – Evening: $4.65
Weekend – Night: $7.15
A relocation package of $5,200 is also available for relocating applicants. Additional terms and conditions apply.
UNIT DESCRIPTION:
Our team is comprised of experienced LNAs who float between different units as the census and staffing needs arise. As a department, we support 21 different units ranging from Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, and Critical Care to Maternal Child units. You’ll find yourself using your broad range of skills and depth of experience on a variety of inpatient units.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Licensed Nurse Assistant is responsible for specific aspects of direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): taking vital signs, responding to call lights, Electronic Medical Record documentation, personal care, including bathing, mouth care, toileting and skin care.
