Overview:

Interventional Resource Nurses utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric/pediatric patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 or more years of Endoscopy department experience
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: current RN license in our state
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
• Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated annually
