This is a Full-time position in Denver, CO posted October 17, 2019.

We have an immediate need to provide sourcing and recruiting services to fill roles in Sales, Business Development, Finance, and more.

The Recruiter will provide full cycle recruitment support to fill these positions.

This role utilizes innovative sourcing strategies and networks to maintain a diverse and quality pipeline of candidates and identifies process improvements to enhance the recruiting process.

The incumbent will cultivate effective relationships with all stakeholders passive and active candidates, business leadership, HR colleagues and external vendors and ensure a positive experience for our candidates.

Primary Responsibilities: 1.

Utilize effective and innovative sourcing and talent acquisition strategies that attract qualified and diverse candidates.

Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruiting process.

2.

Advertise positions internally and externally, accurately reflecting the value proposition of the company and position to attract top talent.

3.

Screen and phone interview potential candidates.

4.

Coordinate interview scheduling.

5.

Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to manage the applicant flow, source and screen candidates, disposition candidates, send candidate communications, and keep accurate candidate records to maintain compliance through our recruiting processes.

Qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related – required 2.

Minimum 2-5 years of HR or recruiting experience required 3.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 4.

Strong computer skills 5.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
