As a, you will lead and execute innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans for our Technology and Engineering divisions.

As part of the Corporate Recruiting team, you will develop and lead recruiting programs, foster productive relationships with internal leaders, and manage all recruiting functions to include direct sourcing, resume review, phone screens and facilitating consensus.

In addition, you will assess market conditions for targeted areas and prepare strategic and effective recruiting and compensation strategies to drive successful recruitment in those markets.

As a you will: Lead and execute on innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans Develop recruiting strategy and source talent to match your customer groups ideal candidate profiles Build effective relationships with internal customers and external sources Own candidate follow-up from sourcing to candidate hires Measure sourcing effectiveness for specific roles and develop strategies for improved success rates and efficiencies As an associate you will enjoy a strong work/life balance that includes paid vacation and holidays along with paid personal time off.
