This is a Full-time position in Portland, OR posted November 25, 2021.

Secondary Administrator needed in 32 bed residential care for younger disabled approx.

average age of 55 with TBI, complex medical and behavioral needs.

Advocate Care LLC is a unique facility set up for younger disabled clients who are physically or mentally disabled.

You will learn skills to deal with behaviors more appropriately and redirection techniques.

The clients here vary in age from 18-65 with most being in the 30 to 50 age range.

We encourage teamwork and strive for a friendly encouraging environment for our clients and workers.

Sign on bonus of $2000.

If staff member then completes all training and after at least 30 days they will receive $2000 sign on bonus.

Job Summary:

Secondary Administrator/ HR Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the overall day-to-day functionality of the facility in order to meet all regulations and to assist President of Operations in Quality Assurance, investigation of complaints and grievances and policy enforcement.

This position would work weekends to provide Management coverage every day.

Qualifications:

· Must be willing to work weekends and participate in after hours on call 1 week per month.

· Must maintain a current Administrator’s license in the State of Oregon.

· Ability to read, write, speak and follow written and oral directions in English.

· Ability to lead, manage and motivate people.

· Creative and artistic.

· Current Oregon drivers license.

· Good driving record.

· Must be able to do any combination of the following activities for two hours without a break: stand, sit, walk and/or run as required by resident behavior; bend and twist; lift and move objects in excess of 100 lbs.; must be able to lift/transfer dependent residents; must be able to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.

· Must be able to endure the stress of managing difficult, sometimes assaultive residents.

· Must be able to pass a criminal record check as required by Oregon ALF Regulations.
