Complete Relocation is Provided for Qualified candidates.Job DetailsExecutes recruiting processes and strategies to source talent utilizing multiple channels (internet sourcing, niche sites, networking, cold calling, etc.) and stays current on industry trends, competitors, and recruitment best practicesCoordinates and administers full life cycle recruiting for higher-level management, technical and administrative positions throughout the Company, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing.

Makes recommendations to hiring manager regarding candidates for further consideration.Develops and manages Student ProgramsPromotes the client’s employment value propositionLeads recruitment programs including on-campus recruitment, job fairs/tradeshows, networking events, social networking, etc.Establishes strong partnerships with internal customers including but not limited to HR Business Partners, HR Generalists and Hiring Managers to develop recruiting strategies, and coordinates the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive interactions with stakeholdersInterfaces with candidates to ensure they are evaluated appropriately and treated in a consistent, positive, and professional mannerMentors other Talent Acquisition team membersPerforms other duties as assignedJob RequirementsAbility to set aggressive targets and meet them while balancing both business and candidate needsAbility to execute a recruiting strategyProactively build a pipeline of qualified managerial and executive-level candidatesProficiency with Applicant Tracking SystemsStrong working knowledge of social media and web-recruiting techniques to drive talent pipelinesStrong written, verbal presentation, and communication skillsAbility to build trust and credibility with stakeholdersFluent in English and primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or locationMinimum of five years recruiting experience, corporate recruiting experience is preferredExperience in recruiting for management, executive, corporate and technical roles preferred
