We are actively seeking Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team located in Dedham, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates the organizations human resources function and performance.

Participates in the development of the organization’s plans and programs as a strategic partner, particularly from the perspective of the impact on the employees.

Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.

Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside of the organization.

Develops human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.

Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentive, and rewards for outstanding performance.

Develops human resource planning models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the identified gaps.

Leads the effort to ensure a competitive and comprehensive benefits offering.

Leads the Safety committee for the business.

Continually assesses the competitiveness of all programs and practices against relevant comparable companies.

Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.

Manages the HRIS database and provides necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources.

Continues the implementation of our Learning Management System to strengthen overall organizational knowledge and training.

Manages the organizations affirmative action plan.

Manages the annual Performance Management process and evaluates each year to ensure it is a worthwhile tool.

Manages knowledge of HR policies, programs and laws and issues.

Oversees and manages all Compliance related programs and processes.

Manages and puts in place developmental opportunities for the HR team members
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Masters’ degree or equivalent; or 10-15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience HR leadership experience in a Privately held Company is ideal Experience in talent acquisition and proven ability to influence senior leadership.

Deep knowledge of human resources practices and a demonstrated ability to provide solutions in a complex/fast environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead change management activities in the organization.

Demonstrated track record of ability to influence situations to a positive outcome.

Must have proven experience working as a business partner with a leadership team.

Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in an environment which requires flexibility.

Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.

Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.

Must be able to lift and carry up to >10 lbs.

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly.
