This position is responsible for assisting with development of recruiting strategy and working with stakeholders to assess complex hiring needs and synthesize information effectively to senior-level candidates.**This is a fully remote, WAH role that can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.****Key Responsibilities**+ Proactively source, identify and recruit top level Executive talent across multiple functional areas and geographies, on a global basis.+ Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs+ Assist with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to attract top level executive talent+ Conduct initial screening interviews via Teams, Zoom and phone+ Partner with hiring managers and appropriate internal stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; make recommendations on appropriate hires+ Partner with HR and Compensation to scope role descriptions and develop competitive compensation packages+ Facilitate offer negotiation with candidates, including building consensus with internal teams and decision makers and assuming accountability for offer approval protocols+ Leverage various resources
– internet, community organizations, media, and formal/informal networks to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates+ Surface candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates+ Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.

Workday Expertise is a plus.+ Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success+ Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensures compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting+ Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Concentrix is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting processes**Experience /Competencies/Qualifications**+ Demonstrated experience in executive recruitment (Sr.

Director level and above) within a global, matrixed organization; a combination of agency and corporate recruiting background strongly preferred+ Work experience in digital, technology and/or professional services/management consulting industries required+ Strong advisory and negotiation skills, including consensus building and consultation internally with stakeholders, as well as externally with candidates, vendors, partners, etc.+ Proven success scoping, justifying and executing upon full-cycle executive search engagements, from job intake to offer acceptance; global experience strongly preferred+ Understanding of Executivecompensation plans, especially within digital and tech industries+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal+ Demonstrated ability to deliver hiring outcomes and meet aggressive timelines in a very fast-moving environment with competing priorities+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday+ Self-starter with a sense of urgency that works well under pressure+ High degree of professionalism and ability to develop rapport with a wide range of internal and external audiences+ Strong attention to detail+ Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information**Disclaimer**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
