Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We’re hiring a Senior HR Business Partner. In this role you will work directly with business leaders and employees to execute people strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and engagement. Understanding business priorities and translating them into useful ways of working while looking around the corner with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and overall employee experience will be critical. 

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Partner directly with business leaders in the following areas (subject to change): Member Relations, Human Resources, China, and other international locations

  • Partner with leadership to align talent solutions with annual and long-term business objectives

  • Coach people leaders on employee relations, performance, and development

  • Manage talent processes within the business 

  • Drive employee engagement 

  • Utilize change management skills to drive business change

  • Leverage data to influence decisions and prioritize opportunities

  • Own a consistent, global approach for people practices and procedures to include providing consistency and clarity

  • Serve as the go-to person for leaders and for HR related to international HR procedures and policies

  • Partners with the Global HR Director for special projects including acquisitions, JV’s, international expansion, and global mindset work

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related

  • 5-8 years of HR business partner experience 

  • Experience working or living abroad or working domestically with global HR responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to work with business leaders to achieve results and implement strategies; excellent business acumen

  • Experience in partnering with business leaders to drive change or transformation 

  • Experience implementing talent initiatives into a business and partnering across HR

  • Experience researching information and analyzing data to arrive at valid conclusions and recommendations

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for key meetings or projects (up to 10%)

  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and leadership skills

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of employees

  • Exceptional communication skills and active listening to include the ability to clearly present facts and ideas and make actionable recommendations

  • Must have excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accurate documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s of Human Resources or MBA

  • GPHR certification 

  • Language skills
