Leadership:  Represent the company as a visible, approachable and professional HR Leader; fostering employee engagement and transparency Administration:  Efficiently administer various benefit, compensation,, performance management programs, including open enrollment, FMLA, STD/LTD, COBRA, affirmative action, and workers compensation Key Requirements: Bachelors degree, preferable in Human Resources 3 years minimum as an Human Resources Professional, preferably with a Manufacturing Company Proven success with recruiting talent, including experience with managing staffing companies.
