Join us on our journey of growth Job DescriptionThe Senior HR Generalist is responsible for the NA reporting and auditing for the respective BU utilizing the HRIS system(s) supporting the HRM’s and HRBP’s.

Serves as a liaison between the HRM’s/HRBP’s, Global and regional HR COE’s and finance.

Handles special HR projects as assigned.

The Senior HR Generalist will also provide consultative and advisory HR-related services that support successful achievement of business objectives and goals across key client organization.

Through partnership, gains deep knowledge and understanding of the client’s business, people and organizational needs and is able to provide direction and guidance.

The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting general human resources support, including but not limited to, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compliance, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, in partnership with key shared services functions.Travel Requirements: Flexible to travel up to 20% travel.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting: Ensure proper headcount reporting through HRIS system by actively auditing the organization chart for accuracy related to cost center, division, supervisor and location.

Provide headcount, location, and ad hoc reports related to staff activity for senior leadership in HR.

Assists with any other reporting function as needed.Projects: Assist and manage various projects for the Business Partners and other members of the group to ensure timely completion.

Conducts a variety of investigations including time and expense audits utilizing Kronos and Finance systems.

Supports more senior HR staff by processing routine paperwork and systems updates for all business groups.HR Generalist Functions: Support HR Business Partners in a variety of department project-related meetings.

Complete routine HR functions including personnel performance-related counseling.

Participates as HRM alternate for a variety of programs including orientation, performance management, and policy implementation.

Support Business Partners in a variety of routine department project-related meetings.Performance Evaluations: Monitor and ensure employee performance evaluations are complete and in compliance with internal as well as external policies and procedure.Acts as the main point of contact for routine HR and Policies inquiries and directs more specialized requests to the appropriate parties.

QualificationsEducation Required:Bachelor’s degree required in related field of Human Resources Management or Business.

Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.Experience Required:
•Minimum three (3) years related Human Resources experience.

Experience Preferred:
•Experience in the Pharmaceutical Corporate / Manufacturing environment is preferred.

Company-Related Knowledge:
•General knowledge of Teva’s organization.
•Strong working knowledge of Teva’s systems for time and document reporting including Kronos and ADP / Reportsmith.Functional Knowledge:
•Strong computer skills in current software systems including Kronos, Oracle “HR
– BI”, MS Word, Excel (advanced Excel skills, for example, pivot tables and v-lookups), PowerPoint.
