Ref ID: 00620-0011108929 Classification: Human Resources (HR) Manager Compensation: $60000.00 to $70000.00 yearly Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in the Denver Tech Center to staff a position as a Senior People Resource Coordinator.

The Senior People Resource Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
• Ensures new hire documentation and onboarding is complete, including administrative task such as entering in employee data into ADP, collecting the appropriate documents, scheduling photos for online badging, preparing welcome kits, and completing new hire paperwork.

• Prepares and distributes onboarding documentation for orientation, ensuring new hires have clear information about their start
• Facilitates orientation in collaboration with the People Resources team, assimilating new hires to the culture and processes.

• Completes employment verifications, process background checks, unemployment paperwork and other regulatory requests as needed.

• Creates, maintains and regularly audits all employee files for US and Canada, ensuring files are up to date and fully complaint.

• Ensures data accuracy within ADP and works in partnership with IT Solutions to ensure that email list and employee rosters are current.

• Supports the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) by assigning courses, pulling reports, etc.

• Manages the People Resources email inbox, responding to general employee inquiries, serving as the primary point of contact for new hire related questions and general employee questions.

• Provides coordination support to talent development programs as needed.

• Assists with implementation of various HR events such as open enrollment, performance discussions, etc.

• In collaboration with the Sr.

Strategic Manager of People Operations, work to gather payroll change request(s) from various departments to be included in bi-weekly payroll.

• Serve as the payroll submission back-up when necessary.

• Run payroll reports as necessary.

• Register new employees for benefits.

• Assist in the execution of an annual benefit survey.

• In collaboration with the Strategic People and Business Solutions Director, post open positions in ADP, Indeed and LinkedIn.

• Conduct initial screenings for candidates to create a short-list of interview candidates.

• Create interview guides for hiring managers for open positions.

• Schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain monthly correspondence related to employee changes (transfers, new hires, terms, and promotions).

• Assist in facilitating new hire check-ins and surveys.
