Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Senior Recruiting Coordinator Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 1 Year Description: Independently facilitates the recruiting process providing technical and logistical support to a team of recruiters across multiple lines of business.

Prepares candidate information packages, schedules interviews and coordinates logistical requirements.

Coordinates pay operations changes for successful candidates.

Responsible for assisting recruiter with compliance processes.

May be responsible for hiring manager, HR, and LD relationship management and/ or facilitate the On
– boarding process.

Takes the lead on projects for the team or represents the Recruiting Coordinator team as core project member on Staffing initiatives.

1-3 years of recruiting coordinator experience preferred.

Specific Description: Responsible for providing staffing/recruiting support by completing a wide range of general administrative duties including but not limited to: facilitating candidate flow through hiring process, managing the candidate assessment process, scheduling interviews and managing candidate data.

Open confidential requisitions, coordinate weekly update calls, schedule interviews, process offers, and assist with on-boarding new hires.

Manage 5-10 open external searches at any given time, with each search producing 5-10 candidates.

Expense management for all recruiting-related expenses, such as candidate travel, search fees, etc.

Schedule highly confidential and complex interviews, as well as coordinate all travel and logistics for Bands 0-3 candidates.

Process background check process for executive hires.

Serve as the main point of contact for the candidates throughout the interview process, as well as serve as the liaison between the external search firms and the internal hiring team.

Escort/manage full-day interviews.

Must perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-touch executive environment.

Excellent communication needed to articulate written and verbal communication to ensure the correct message is received.

Enterprise Role Overview: In addition serves as a subject matter expert in Compliance, Payroll, and the Core Staffing Process.

Serves as a Mentor or team lead for a small group of Recruiting Coordinators.

May prescreen and conduct research/sourcing candidates under general direction from Recruiter.

Required Skills: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruiting coordinator or client facing role, with experience in case management i.e.

business support, administrative, operations.

Must have excellent communication skills both oral (i.e.

telephone, telepresence meetings, etc.) and written (i.e.

e-mail, presentations, etc.), including the ability to explain results at a level that resonates across many different audiences within a virtual environment and demonstrate sense of urgency on tasks that are time-sensitive or process critical.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.

Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proven experience with proactive identification of issues, trends and executing solutions, with an emphasis on migrating risk, compliance oriented.

Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills, self
– directed Result-oriented.

Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of a common goal.

Demonstrate capacity to change actions or behaviors in order to get the job done.

Maintain high level of professionalism under stressful situations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Desired Skills: Previous experience in recruiting or other area within human resources Understanding of employee selection practices Previous experience with an applicant tracking system Proficiency with travel reservations process and policies Bachelor’s Degree SDL2017
