Responsibilities * Working the entire 360 recruitment cycle: a blend of business development, sales and recruiting* Leveraging the firms existing relationships to map out your own market focus* Build relationships with some of the biggest names in the FinTech space in order to create long lasting business relationships* To become an SME in your given market specialism Qualifications * Strong history of top performance and high billing figures (either in a recruiting or sales role) * Experience placing candidates within complex SaaS/ FinTech firms (highly desirable)* Knowledge and interest in the most current financial markets * Demonstrated strong sales acumen either throughout school or in a professional environment* Highly motivated with examples of ambition and resilience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships * You will be degree educated or have equivalent experience What we have to offer * 20 Days PTO* Market leading base salary + uncapped commissions* Industry leading training* Monthly Director club incentives exploring the greatest restaurants and bars New York has to offer* Incentive trips to popular destinations like Ibiza and Las Vegas (This year is Tokyo!)* Medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits
