Acara Solutions is recruiting for contract Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a fortune 500 Bank in Buffalo, NY.The hourly rate for this position is $29-$42/HR, depending on experience.Manage candidate development for mid to senior level exclusive searches.

Develop relationships with key industry players in person and via telephone to generate qualified candidates for multiple search assignments.

Manage the candidate life cycle including identifying, qualifying, interviewing and managing targeted candidates to rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of talent to meet / exceed M&Ts internal client expectations.Primary Responsibilities:Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of talent attractionActively work with line managers to develop the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, and recommend top candidates to the business lineMentor others within the department on unconventional search techniques and other recruitment activitiesProactively attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future staffing needsCounsel line managers on recommended compensation packages Negotiate, extend offers and effectively close the candidateAdhere to government regulations, organizational policies, and system/data integrityBuild effective relationships with HR Business Partners, Compensation Business partners, line management and employeesRoutinely provide insights into the competition for talentAttend job fairs and/or open housesManage special projects as assignedServe as as trusted partner to senior managers to define and build a comprehensive talent sourcing strategy including assistance in identifying positions for high potential internal talentServe as recruitment liaison between line of business and recruitment agency for niche or other hard to fill senior positionsPromote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company brand.Required Skills / Qualifications:Bachelors Degree and five years recruitment experience or equivalent in related line of business experienceAbility to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.Demonstrated recruitment success in acquiring niche talentStrong sales ability, persuasion and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship building skillsStrong decision making abilityDemonstrated ability in cold calling, name generation and networkingProactive approach and proven ability to remain diligent on searchesProven experience with identifying passive job seekersSuperior consultative skills and ability to influence decisionsSound experience showing fast response time, consistency and successExperience working for Human Resources within a corporate environmentDemonstrated success working in a high-end contingent or retained search agencyDemonstrated experience and the ability apply proven and unconventional sourcing and recruiting techniquesAleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct, and Aleron?s strategic partner, SDI) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
