Senior Technical Recruiter

What we’re looking for:

  • Team first mentality and competitive spirit.
  • 7-10 years of IT professional-level recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for professionals within the following spaces: Application Development, Cloud, Security/Infrastructure, Automation, and Data Engineering/Architecture.
  • Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications against requirement details.
  • Successful track record of working with both W2 and Corp to Corp consultants.
  • Experience working through the full life cycle of recruiting from qualifying to offer stage.
  • Worked with an ATS system (Bullhorn) for sourcing, candidate submittals, pipeline development, and documentation.
  • Experience and overall passion for consultant care (you will be the primary point of contact for every resource you place on a project).
  • Ability to manage several priorities at any time and deliver significant impact as an individual contributor.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Innately curious, truly enjoy and care about people, while having the ability to assess the right fit for the right role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, professional relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
