Senior Technical Recruiter – Automotive Engineering experience

This is a Full-time position in Troy, MI posted September 29, 2021.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support our team in our Detroit MI offices.

You will be a key member of the high impact global Talent Acquisition team.

You will partner with our delivery and sales managers and own the full recruiting cycle to fill our US based vacancies in our Transportation Vertical.
Ideal candidates will be skilled, driven and creative with high enthusiasm for identifying and closing talent.

Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Delivery and Sales leaders to understand all assigned end-client requisitions Source potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Advertise and post jobs via job boards and social media Screen resumes and applicants for behavioral and technical fit for our clients Establish and maintain candidate relationships with pipeline candidates as well as placed consultants Collaborate with Account Manager(s) to ensure your candidates are continuously moving forward.

Be metric driven and data driven Send and complete all compliance paperwork related to placements Create and nurture relevant talent pipelines for our clients’ needs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, in HR or Engineering preferred   5+ years of recruiting experience (Automotive Engineering preferred) Full life-cycle  / 360 degree recruiting experience from sourcing through placement Own the recruiting process, plan and organize the interview rounds including interview briefs and debriefs with interviewers.

Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices, provide training and advice to hiring managers and interviewers.

General Knowledge of US employment law.

Ability to research and learn new concepts, technologies, and industries quickly Ability to effectively manage your time in order to achieve your metrics Excellent organizational, stakeholder and time management skills.

Proficient in recruiting tools and systems ; solid skills in Microsoft Office suite.
