Manage multi-disciplinary resources to deliver high quality projects that meet or exceed clients’ expectations.Manage performance of assigned project team members including Project Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Technicians.Maintain existing client relationships and enhance pursued relationships with clients.Provide quality control and quality assurance as part of the AE2S team. Basic Bachelor’s degree in engineering field related to water resources.Registration as a Professional Engineer in Colorado or ability to obtain within 6 months.8+ years of experience in water resources engineering in Colorado.Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and successfully leading teams completing urban stormwater management, water quality/MS4, watershed master planning/drainage basin design plans, and floodplain studies.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business development.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Preferred Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Knowledge of project financials.Demonstrated experience pursuing and winning water resources projects through the competitive RFP/Q process. AE2S is an Equal / Affirmative Action Employer
