SASR Travel Team LeadSummary/Objective SASR Workforce Solutions is a nation-wide staffing company that leverages its proprietary staffing platform, Hireflex, and other applicable technology, to provide local retail and merchandising temporary and full-time staffing to major national retail clients in all 50 states. The Team Lead provides leadership to field representatives. The project team leader ensures the project is meeting the goals and objectives as outlined by communicating goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team as directed by SASR and the client.Essential FunctionsCreate an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Set clear team goals for self and field representatives.Delegate tasks and set deadlines for field representatives as communicated by Account Manager and/or Project Manager.Oversee day-to-day operation of field merchandising team.Monitor team performance and report on metrics.Shift associates independently as workload demands.Motivate team members. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.Discover training needs and provide coaching to field representatives.Ability to work in a physically demanding work environment. Ability to unload freight, to move product on and off of store shelves, to walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and to move freely throughout the store on a continual basis as required by job assignment.Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are understood and followed by associates.Complete administrative tasks as directed (i.E. timesheets and updates).Ability to travel with some overnight stays may be required.Availability to work a variable schedule of at least 40 to 45 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
