Sleep Number is seeking a technology curious, process improvement driven, team player to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting in supporting and optimizing our enterprise wide recruiting system and processes.

This position will operate as the first line support for all questions as it relates to system troubleshooting, reporting, and background checks.

This role will work closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations Program to identify and support continuous improvement efforts.Primary ResponsibilitiesBuilds strong relationships with Team Members, HR Partners, and internal business partners, providing accurate and timely day-to-day supportRecruiting System Management & ReportingPartner with the HR Operations team to ensure we are leveraging technology in order to deliver results.

Act as issue resolution between Talent AcquisitionScope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition team; driving consistency across systems, processes, data and analytics, and reporting.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy across Talent AcquisitionAssist with the management of background check escalationsOther duties as assignedPosition Requirements1-2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferable in operational effectivenessExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems required, Workday experience preferredBachelor’s degree in HR or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience; High School Diploma or GED requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to manage deliverables in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of talent acquisition and best practicesStrong interpersonal skills: listening, communication, influencingSelf-directed and agile
