This is a Contract position in Charlotte, NC posted June 11, 2019.

National Work At Home position.

As a Screener, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and reviewing candidates in the client’s Applicant Tracking System to determine if they meet the requirements and job experience.

Based on this information, you will contact candidates to pre-screen and determine if they should be scheduled for submittal.

After candidate has been submitted you will then follow up with candidate.

If interview is scheduled you will connect with assigned Recruiter & Candidate to proceed with the process.

Attend weekly virtual meetings with Manager and/or Recruiters.

You will analyze the areas/territories you are scheduling for to ensure knowledge of openings.

Phone calls may also be required encouraging candidates to complete testing if needed for positions.

You will also be responsible to source for new candidates.

The ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment, where you will manage your daily activity to maintain schedule quota levels and complete the recruiters interview schedule daily in addition to reporting is imperative.

Basic Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of candidate screening experience Experience in internet researching/with a active social media pipeline Minimum 6 months experience with Google products and Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Sourcing/Social Media Platforms/Sales/ Recruiting Be able to work PST or EST time zones Experience making 30 outbound calls per day Experience, courses, projects, or intern experience related to social media, data analysis or statistics/research Demonstrated evidence of strong time management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, set goals and meet deadlines Perform all duties assigned in a timely manner.

100% commission based
