Sr. Payroll Administrator

job summary:

Randstad Professionals is presently conducting a search for a Payroll Administrator for their well-established essential business, construction supply client in Orange County. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity for an amazing privately owned and family oriented company.

location: San Juan Capistrano, California

job type: Permanent

salary: $45,000 – 60,000 per year

work hours: 8 to 6

education: Associate’s degree

experience: 3 Years


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Weekly and Bi-Weekly Payroll processing for multi-state locations
  • Manage and audit time keeping system to ensure accuracy
  • Payroll reconciliation
  • Assist with payroll audits
  • Comply with local, state and federal tax laws
  • Maintain payroll records


The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of payroll experience within a multi-state payroll department. Other requirements include:

  • ADP Workforce Now required
  • CPP or FPC highly desired
  • Consumer Services or Goods industry experience highly preferred
