The Position:This is a key role for our largest plant within Overhead Door Corporation by partnering with plant leaders to recruit talent for the manufacturing floor. The Ideal candidate will have a strong foundation of full-cycle recruiting experience and have superior communication skills.Responsibilities:Full-cycle recruitment for all position levelsPartner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategiesManage employment process, including extending offers and conducting reference checksUtilize database to document and track recruitment related activityUnderstand the competitive positioning of the company and be aware of new and alternative sources of talent.Develop strategies to target and attract candidates using a variety of tools and techniques including personal networks, third party job boards, database mining, industry events, and other creative methods to find talent.Present strengths and weaknesses of leading candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to eliminate challenges throughout the hiring process.Analyze and report on various recruiting metrics to demonstrate recruitment effectiveness and identify gaps that need to be addressed.Coordinate, support and participate in various initiatives and projects.Qualifications:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong time management and organizational skillsProficient with MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking systems; experience with Oracle Taleo a plusPersonal Attributes:Dedicated to results not activity.Adjusts easily to change and can tolerate ambiguity.Can assimilate and synthesize a great deal of information quickly.Positive outlook and sense of humor.Enthusiastic about recruiting – advocates the valuable role that recruiting plays in strengthening the competitive position of the company.
