Position Overview The Sr.

Recruiter/Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Development and be responsible for collaborating on workforce planning, developing sourcing plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as creating new and creative ideas.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the growth and development of the organization, and will help ensure we are hiring the best possible talent by executing on the recruiting plans, networking through industry contacts, associations, organizations and employees, while coordinating and implementing university/college relations initiatives.

The Sr.

Recruiter/Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to help develop compelling job descriptions, prescreen candidates, conduct interviews, facilitate post-interview calibration process, and work with Human Resources Business Partners to develop and extend offers, conduct reference/background checks, and assist with the candidate onboarding process.

This position will also play a large role supporting our University Relations Program initiatives by actively participating in the company’s internship program, rotation programs, and direct-hire programs.

The successful candidate will be building relationships with faculty, administrators, students and alumni on various target campuses throughout the nation.

The Sr.

Recruiter/Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will also be involved in various talent acquisition projects around process improvements, dimensional interviews, metrics/measurements, technology, branding and social media.

Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant discipline.

Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in full-cycle sourcing/recruitment and/or a combination of full-cycle and university/college relations experience.

Demonstrated experience creating and building qualified candidate pipelines through traditional & innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques.

Strong technical aptitude including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube), and working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Proven ability to maintain a large requisition load, while managing complex projects around technology, branding and operational efficiency.

Desired Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in full-cycle sourcing/recruitment and/or a combination of full-cycle and university/college relations experience.

Demonstrated experience developing individualized sourcing/recruitment strategies for clients.

Experience tracking applicants with BrassRing or utilzing other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), while leveraging metrics/measurements and developing ad-hoc reports.

Previous University/College Relations experience including internship and direct hires off campus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer focused, and understand and appropriately respond to internal and external customer’s needs with appropriate research methodologies and facilitate the presentation of recommendations.

Branding and marketing experience in a corporate environment.

Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships and credibility with internal/external clients, key business partners and internal/external candidates.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity to DDI (Dimensional Interviewing) or Korn Ferry competencies.

Experience in the medical devices industry (Preferred).
