The Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial to the growth and success of Adit.

By working with leaders across the organization you will be helping them build, strategize, scale and assess the talent they need to have highly functioning teams.

In this critical position you will be responsible for: Recruiting personnel for different departments using the latest recruiting tools including Indeed and LinkedIn.

Engage in Campus recruitment to bring top talent to Adit.

Engage in Head-hunting strategies to recruit Sr.

Directors within industry.

Recruit senior profiles outside of Houston.

Plan and execute a labor model for an organization in growth mode Plan out training materials for new joinees and department specific curriculum Manage Employee life cycle within the organization including recruitment, advancement, development, and retention.

Help build and create an identity behind the Adit culture and employee experience.

We are looking for someone who: Has a steady experience in recruiting 2 to 3 new hires per month in a growing organization.

Strong grasp of head-hunting using LinkedIn Recruiter Extensive experience in compensation negotiation Proactive mindset with a hard-working and attention to detail personality.
