Keys tothis Seeking a Workday Functional Analyst with Benefits, Compensationand Payroll modules.

Ideally we wouldlike all three but will take 2 out of 3 and provide training for the othermodule.

If the candidate only hasPayroll we will look at them as well.

Workday Analyst skills required include Configuration/BusinessProcess and Reporting Excellent communication and client interface skills as thiscandidate will interface with the business partners.

There is a possible second role where we will look at strong HCMWorkday Functional Analysts.

Please sendthem along as well and identify them as an HCM Functional Analystcandidate.

This is an onsite role in Boston.

5+ years’ experience in a systems role supporting Corporate HRapplications, possessing a strong knowledge of core business processes.

3+ years of experience with Workday HCM is required especiallyin the Benefits, Compensation and Payroll areas.

Excellent report writing skills for e.g.

matrix, compositereports and dashboards.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attentionto detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment, taking initiative and/or lead role as necessary The ability to manage multiple priorities is required as isprofessional maturity with regard to handling of confidential information Bachelor’sdegree required, a major in Computer Science, or related field is preferred
