We offer an exciting and supportive culture that has proven room for growth within the organization Staffing Consultant Responsibilities include: Develop relationships with Alpharetta and North Atlanta business owners and hiring managers Work with clients to develop a full understanding of their needs Source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach and calls to passive candidates.

Conduct pre-screen phone interviews and in person interviews – the main job openings will include administration, customer service, light accounting and skilled warehouse Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client openings and maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates to ensure both receive exceptional customer service Market top candidates to clients, former clients, and prospective clients, while uncovering additional opportunities Nurture client and candidate relationships Consistently exceed KPI’s Job Requirements: Staffing Consultant Qualifications: 2 years as a Recruiter/Staffing Consultant: preferably in high volume office / clerical positions Prefer a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field Must have an upbeat personality and thrive in a team-oriented environment Ability to resolve customer issues quickly & efficiently while being professional Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be able to take initiative and be proactive Must be deadline driven and have a sense of urgency Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to work in a CRM software all day Hours: This is primarily a Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM job, but this candidate must be flexible to handle issues outside of normal business hours as they arise.

Pay: The starting salary is $45,000-$50,000/yr DOE.

Once trained, there is an un-capped commission structure on top of the salary.
