Hi, Greetings!!! We have an urgent requirement for Strong Workday BAUAT lead with Recruitment domain at Sunnyvale,CA Project roles One of the leads from BPR Recruiting to support Workday Support monthly sprints for Enhancements Timeline Immediate need Location Remote is good through Summer 2021. Will re-assess the need once we return to Sunnyvale office (TBD) Skills Strong Business analysis, Testing (structured and un-structured) and Business Process Re-engineering experience Recruiting domain knowledge and systems experience is required (non-Workday Recruiting system preferred) Must have demonstrated success in leading various test phases including Pre-UAT (User Acceptance Rest), UAT, etc. to test end-to-end testing as it relates to Recruiting products, integrations, data conversions, etc. Must have prior experience in writing functional specifications for integrations and product functionality, andor making updates testing integrations and application functionality Apple experience preferred or prior experience with large corporation (50K or more people) is desired Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a large project team with minimal supervision Type of activities expected from the person Pro-actively communicate and partner with cross-functional business and technical leads from People BPR, Recruiting, People Operations, IST, etc. Lead Test Planning, Scenario gathering and Test script writing sessions with cross-functional teams in Recruiting, People Operations, People BPR, etc. Write andor Review and update detailed test scripts to support end-to-end Recruiting business processes including integrations, data conversion, Configurations, permissions, Reports and analytics, etc. WriteUpdate detailed requirements for Integrations between Workday HCM and Apple’s home-grown Recruiting tool (ATP – Apple Talent Point) to support Recruiting processes Write Business Requirements andOr Functional Specifications to document changes needed to ATP product functionality as a result of WorkdayApple Lead process, requirements andor Testing sessions while collaborating with Recruiting, IST (technical and development team), WorkdayApple and People BPR team members Perform impact analysis and document processes to highlight changes to different roles and the product “Current” and “Future” Manage tasks and phases for the work streams assigned – must be able to act independently Solicit Requirements and document use casesscenarios that span across multiple applications and cross-functional business process (e.g. Offer to Hire including background checks and Offer acceptance by candidate using SilkRoad Portal, Headcount Plan to Hire, Requisition creation to Posting it on various job boards, etc.) Act as an independent tester to test functional and integration changes to support End-to-End business processes and workflows Pro-actively identify and raise risks, issues, etc. Develop user stories and perform testing as part of ATP monthly sprints (if needed) Thanks And Regards Rahul Patil Sr Technical Recruiter Zenith Infotek LLC Dallas, TX Cell No mailto LinkedInhttpswww.linkedin.cominrahul-p-352618112 httpswww.linkedin.cominrahul-p-352618112
