This highly collaborative and strategic role serves as a catalyst for the advancement of my client’s employee population. You will liaise closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and instilling world-class policies and procedures.

Client Details

My client is a global business services company with $5.4 billion in annual revenue based in Fairfield County.


  • Establish best practices and create & manage a human resources team
  • Provide direction to the leadership team regarding all aspects of human resources and workforce management.
  • Oversee strategy around attracting, developing and retaining talent.
  • Implement employment workforce management strategies/plans.
  • Implement succession plan including management development and employee career path programs.
  • Strategic advisory on full employee lifecycle from dispute resolution, to interviewing, hiring, terminations promotions, performance reviews and harassment issues.
  • Proactively identifying emerging trends and best practices.


  • 10+ years of human resources experience with at least 5+ years as a strategic leader in mid to large company.
  • High level of personal integrity and ethics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience liaising with executive leadership.
  • Generalist exposure to all human resources functions.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Proven experience working at both a strategic and operational level.
