The HR team is relied upon to deliver expertise in Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Mergers and Acquisitions.  nn nn Our SVP, Human Resources helps us succeed by: nn nnEstablishing, creating, and implementing HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support HID Global’s vision and values.nn nnEnsuring that all basic HR processes are in place and implementednn nnBeing responsible for implementing group wide initiatives and working in close collaboration with our CHRO and other HR leaders within the Group nn nnBuilding governance into all HR processes/programs and ensuring compliance with all relevant HID and ASSA ABLOY Global policies and proceduresnn nnLeading as the voice of HR: promoting and sharing knowledge and talent initiatives across the organization, and encouraging knowledge sharing among business areas.nn nnBeing an advocate and voice for employees globally.nn nnDriving our executive succession planning/development.nn nnBeing fiscally responsible and able to deploy the right resources to meet deliverables.nn nnNegotiating contracts with vendors on behalf of HID Global, to be cost effective and provide consistency throughout the organization.nn nn What we will love about your background: nn nnExtensive experience in a complex, highly matrixed, multi-site/multi-country organization staffed by employees in multiple disciplines (professional, engineering, sales, manufacturing, etc.)nn nnSenior level experience in all HR disciplines, including but not limited to, employment law, compensation and benefits, talent management, executive development, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, succession planning, retention, and mergers and acquisitions.nn nnExperience from working in an international environmentnn nnProven consultative, coaching, and persuasive skills with every level of internal and external customer, including executive and senior management.nn nnStrong business and financial acumen and demonstrated comfort in interpreting data.nn nnAbility to analyze and think strategically organization-wide to react to changing business conditions; results-driven mindset and record of successful execution against goals.nn nnExperience from working in an HR context supported by a modern HR information system, we are implementing SuccessFactorosnn nn Who you are as a Leader: nn nnDemonstrate confidentiality, high ethical standards, and personal integrity.nn nnCoach and influence businesses to define, develop, and drive organizational effectiveness and talent strategies that positively impact business goals. nn nnAre coachable and always open to the viewpoint of others.nn nnLeverage sound judgment, reliable rationale, and common sense, even when multi-tasking.nn nnSuccessfully integrate/assimilate acquired organizations, both from an implementation and change management standpoint.nn nn Your Education and Experience include: nn nnBachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree or higher preferred).nn nnMinimum of 8 years Global Human Resources Executive experience.nn nnDemonstrated leadership of leading an HR team in a matrixed organization.nn nnHR Certification preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR).nn nn As the role is global: nn nnYou are comfortable with and love working with multicultural environments, which may lead to local and international travel and fieldwork.

You must have a valid passport.nn nnTravel expected up to 30% of time.nn nnMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
