The Senior Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for development and execution of a broad human resource strategy within the organization.

Reporting to the EVP, Human Resources, you will serve as a thought partner to leadership and drive positive change within the organization.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills are required, along with a proven track record of success leading multiple human resource functions.

Leads Human Resource functions to include associate relations, talent acquisition, field human resources and distribution center human resources.

Demonstrated experience providing strategic counsel to all areas of the organization, developing roadmaps to help all departments scale and execute on all people and culture related initiatives.

Thorough knowledge of employment related laws, regulations, and best practices.

Determine a course of action for associate relations matters at all levels in alignment with organizational values, policies, guidelines, and governance standards.

Lead, coach, and develop HR team members to build and foster a high performing, results driven HR team.

Establishes human resource strategies consistent with the head of human resource’s broad policies and objectives and ensures their execution.

High energy, skilled communicator who can articulate our people strategy initiatives across the company.

Passion for, and experience in, driving company-wide DE&I programs.

Evaluates the results of overall strategies and procedures regularly and systematically and reports these results.

Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.

Collaborate with HR leaders, develop and deploy HR and Human Capital strategies, policies, programs, and services that prepare the business for the future.

Minimum of 15 years of related experience in a Human Resource/People leadership capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Strong business acumen; able to quickly learn the business and put forth recommendations which impact business outcomes.

Proven experience identifying and driving change and building this capability in others.

SPHR or similar certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Ability to travel as needed.
