Talent acquisition partner non technical recruiter

We’re hiring for a talent acquisition partner to support our Performance Marketing, Content Analytics, and other operations teams to help grow our rapidly scaling business.

As a critical member of the People Team, the ideal candidate is a strong full lifecycle talent acquisition partner who can coach and mentor hiring managers to identify and place quality candidates.

Develop and implement top-of-funnel talent acquisition strategies that attract quality candidates representative of the broader talent population.

Partner with hiring managers to plan for upcoming requisitions, set a consistent hiring experience, and align on compensation expectations.

Own the full cycle talent acquisition process from sourcing through presenting and negotiating offers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, core values, and standards of ethics & integrity.

Monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, the hiring funnel, and other key metrics that drive a successful talent acquisition strategy.

Collaborate with other members of the People Team to support strategic talent acquisition processes and initiatives.

3+ years of corporate and/or agency non-technical full lifecycle talent acquisition.

Experience managing multiple requisitions at the same time.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong experience driving top-of-funnel sourcing strategies.

Experience partnering with operational teams to identify role requirements and expectations.

Experience with people-related tools such as applicant tracking systems and Internet sourcing tools.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience with talent analytics a plus.
