Talent Acquisition Specialist
– University Programs

National Corporate Housing is a growing company looking for an experienced Recruiter to attract, hire, and retain the best talent.

This person will recruit undergraduate students into our sales, leadership development Programs, early career, and internship opportunities.

This position will focus on the sourcing and selection of talent for these programs.

Additionally, this position will have a very important role in evolving our university recruiting strategies to deliver the best talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and develop strategic recruiting and branding plans with targeted universities for our Sales and s Leadership Development Programs that leverage on-campus opportunities, digital platforms, and diversity programs
  • Evolve and expand the use of digital recruitment strategies to broaden our talent pipelines specifically within universities
  • Partner with universities and colleges, diversity student organizations, and digital platform vendors on plans that will build diverse talent pipelines
  • Drive and support projects to continuously improve and standardize the recruiting process especially with university and early entry programs.
  • Conduct assessments, resume screening, behavioral interviews, and follow up that leads to hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and assist in managing recruiting dashboards
  • Analyze cost-per-hire and quality of hire data and make recommendations regarding employer branding and recruiting strategies
  • Develop and conduct on-campus and digital presentations and articulate National’s employer value proposition to potential candidates
  • Planning and managing key recruiting activities (i.e.

    Intern onboarding and intern programming, etc.)

  • Identify and lead initiatives to further expand National’s reputation as an employer of choice and best-in-class recruiting company
  • Ability to travel up to 35% for recruiting events
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be a fast paced, independent, individual with a drive to succeed
  • Must be able to handle high volumes of activity at one time
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving, motivating, and training abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree is ideal
  • One
    – Three years of University Recruiting experience with proven success in sales recruiting
  • Experience within the relocation or property management industries is a plus
  • Ability to travel

All employees are expected to have knowledge of National’s business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.

  • Full time remote position.
  • Competitive Compensation
    • $58,400 -$67,100 base salary
    • OTE: $585/month, additional bonuses based on tenure of hired associates.

National Corporate Housing is a qualified government contractor and therefore subject to Executive Order 14042.
