We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team here at Michael Page! In this role you will run a full desk: sourcing technical talent, securing clients’ through new business development, working with current clients and candidates throughout the entire interview process from source to hire. The key responsibilities of a recruitment consultant include:

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
  • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
  • Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Offering resume, interview and general career advice
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Profile

  • 2-5 years of technical recruitment experience
  • Technical full cycle recruiting experience required, at a high growth company or agency
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best clients; disciplined strategy to win, engage, and nurture new relationships
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent; disciplined strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
  • Proven track record for assessing technical talent
  • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse client and candidate pipeline
  • Able to prioritize tasks/goals in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
