• Partner with management to build effective sourcing and assessment.

Identify candidates and gauge skills and proficiency of candidates for fit and motivation for the role.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
• The recruiter must maintain a network of opportunities in the ideal expertise and ensure strong customer relationship management. 
• Post Training the recruiter has to identify opportunities for the candidates to be placed and guide them through the recruitment process and ensure their placement.
• Recommend new processes and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.
• Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification.

Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
• Work with the business to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.Basic Qualifications4+ years of combined HR/Recruiting experience4+ recruiting technical staff, Software Developers specificallyExperience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g.

Product Managers, Data Scientists, Mobile Engineers, etc.)Experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer relations, client service, marketing.

Knowledge of real estate, blockchain and finance.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to effectively coordinate with a wide variety of professionals at all levels and departments within and outside of the organizationIdeal candidate should be able/ willing to travel domestically & internationally.
