Job Title.Technical Recruiter Location Irving, TX Duration Full Time We are seeking a mid-level Technical Recruiter, who is looking to grow their career in a recruiting-focused, people-based organization.

The candidate must have experience sourcing core IT profiles (developers, analysts, project managers etc.) and should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to source, develop relationships, and close active and passive candidates.

The ability to directly source, cold call and find quality candidates is essential for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities Works with Account Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring needs.

Meet weeklymonthlyquarterly production goals and revenue targets as set by management team Utilizes Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools) Uses detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool Sources, screens, and submits candidates to the Client portal as assigned Participates in client meetings at the direction of the Account Manager Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately updated at all times Develops candidate interest for available positions and client companies Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters Develops a network of referrals Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates Works within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring the same, in order to identify and recommend areas of improvement and to ensure best practices Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads Desired Skills Experience 3
– 5 years of professional technical recruiting experience Experience sourcing and communicating with high-level IT consultingtechnical talent Experience in recruiting for technology roles Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision Proven experience with cold-calling, Internet mining, user group participation Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.

Strong written, verbal, and listening skills Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bachelorrsquos Degree or equivalent.

The successful candidate will be focused on growing in the Recruiting field and possess the relevant work experience, in order to hit the ground running.
