GSSR is looking for Technical Recruiter/Account Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA. GSSR is a full-service IT solutions provider offering IT staffing services, custom software solutions and IT infrastructure services. We believe in delivering integrated solutions that support customers’ business objectives through highly skilled technical resources that work closely with our clients to provide day-to-day support as a result of the successful design and implementation of innovative solutions. Technical Recruiter/Account ManagerPerform full lifecycle recruiting activities from initial job identification and posting, sourcing and screening, interviewing to offer negotiation.Participate in networking organizations/events to generate new business.Responsible for business development while maintaining customer satisfaction and placement of consultants coming off projects.Coordinate on-boarding of new hires with the HR Manager and Program ManagersCommunicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.

Create contacts within the industry.Build and maintain a network/pipeline of candidates for future opportunities and referralsMonitor and mediate all necessary communication between customer, vendor, and internal technical resources within each account.Ability to utilize various job boards and social media platforms to post jobs and source candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Required Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or similar field.Prior experience in IT consulting, Business development, Bench Marketing and Recruiting.Outstanding communication and organizational skills.Solid skill in preparing written communications and materials.Good verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
