Job Description Our rapidly growing organization is seeking a highly motivated, professional, ambitious and driven Recruiter with a strong work ethic that would be responsible for recruiting for and building a strong pipeline of technical candidates to place on contract engagements developed by Checkpoint Technologies.

The compensation package offers a base salary, combined with commissions with no cap as well as generous bonuses for over achievement.

At Checkpoint Technologies, Inc., you will: Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicants in various technical departments for employment Work with clients hiring managers and/or Checkpoint Technologies liaison to better understand each department’s needs and screen applicants quickly and effectively Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive Promote the Checkpoint Technologies brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates Work onsite with team to allow for strong communication during recruiting efforts What We’re Looking For: B.A.

or B.S.

with a strong academic record 2 years of experience recruiting and sourcing technical candidates Experience managing technical candidate pipelines Excellent oral and written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage candidates Considerable skill in interviewing techniques Knowledge and self-sufficient on multiple recruiting tools Benefits Package: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 15 days paid PTO (personal time off) per year 10 paid holidays Company matching retirement plan At Checkpoint Technologies, we are an equal opportunity employer.
