This is a Contract position in Bernalillo, NM posted October 20, 2020.

This position will be supporting the operating group Information Systems and Technology (Civil, Defense, Cyber and Health IT market). Responsibilities: Function as a business partner with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process. Full-Life Cycle recruitment source, screen, interview, offer, and onboard. Develop sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, etc. Maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates. Support/lead networking events, job fairs, open houses Vendor management – manage the submital process from vendors; open communication of open positons; develop relationships with vendor POC Assist with employment advertising campaigns and programs. Assist with recruitment planning including staffing metrics and applicant tracking. Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects. Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance. World Location 1515 EUBANK SE, ALBUQUERQUE-NM008 Requirements Requirements: Experience supporting federal government contracts. Experience in recruiting technical skills: developers, system/network adminisrators, QA testers, business analyst, scrum masters, etc Success in coordinating open houses, networking events, intern programs, etc Ability to work in a fast paced environment; adaptable and flexible. Experience with a high volume and heavy requisition load. High sense of urgency; able to meet strict deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop relationships with managers and candidates. Demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, electronic job boards and social media. Strong internet mining experience. Knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance. Ability to work in a team, as well as independently. Must be able to travel at least once a quarter. Must be a US Citizen. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience.
