Responsibilities: Criterion Systems is in the middle of tremendous growth, and is searching for a Junior, Mid, and Senior level Recruiter to join our awesome team.

A good technical sourcer that has the drive and desire to become a Technical Recruiter, will be seriously considered.This is great opportunity to grow your recruiting skills and expand your career.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Interview, screen and evaluate external and internal candidates, and refers them to the hiring manager for consideration.Coordinate and actively participate in the candidate selection process.Make employment recommendations based on information developed during the interview process.Negotiate and extend offers on behalf of Criterion Systems.Partner with hiring managers to act as a business partner.Ensure all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with Criterion Systems Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies.Ensure that our ATS applicants are dispositioned according properly.Assist with Coordinating and attend job fairs (virtual & in-person) & other networking related events as requested.

Qualifications: 2-8 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience (Strong sourcing experience will be considered).US Citizenship is required.History of collaboration with hiring managers to identify duties and qualifications and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions.Good understanding of the various clearance levels and crossover process.Strong ATS experience with a clear understanding of properly dispositioning (iCIMS preferred).Experience performing advanced Boolean searching.Experience in a Government contracting environment is a must.Experience partnering with hiring managers to define recruiting requirements.

Knowledge of EEOC & OFCCP guidelines.The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if requested.Experience with various job boards and social media platforms.Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with colleagues.Criterion Systems, Inc.
