Technical Recruiter with Strong Sourcing Skills SUMMARY The Technical Recruiter with Strong Sourcing Skills is responsible for collecting staffing and recruiting information to fill current and future technician roles throughout the U.S.  Looking for someone that is creative in locating talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Put quality information to source, recruit, screen, and qualify field technicians for installation projects.

Utilize social media and other online recruitment platforms to find and identify technicians.

Update and maintain technician profile information.

Partner with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to obtain project specific information such as scope and timeline/schedule.

Build national recruiting relationship with small third-party vendors and independent contractors to broaden internal database of technicians.

Maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Experienced in Technical Recruiting with basic understanding of networks.

Experienced utilizing various tools to locate technicians for projects throughout the US.

Accuracy in entering information into a company database.

Superior ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple projects, adjust to changing workflow and workload accordingly.

Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated and an independent, accountable, dependable performer.

Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience.

Ability to be accountable for quality customer service and respond appropriately to a variety of personalities and situations.

Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.

Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English.
