Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator supports members of the HR Total Rewards Team by providing human resource and administrative services for the new hire process.

This role will be seasonal with opportunity to turn into a permanent position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support High Volume New Hire Compliance process and team from post-employment offer to first payroll, to ensure compliance according to employment background and standards for hiring Reporting and data integrity for all Associates information in the Payroll and HRIS/HCM system.

Ensure HR meets the Internal and External Audit controls for all associate records for Active and Terminated associates.

Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.

Assist in development of standard and ad hoc reports in support of HR/Recruiting department.

Follows up on all tasks with HR team members and/or clients; provides clear updates on status of tasks.

Answers general associate questions and inquiries about human resources policies.

Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork.

Consistently responds to calls and requests in a courteous, timely and friendly manner.

Maintain associate files, both hard copy and electronic.

Demonstrates excellent active listening skills; restates needs to confirm understanding.

Checks own work assignments and reports for errors, missing information and other deviations; ensures consistent excellent work quality.

Maintains high professional standards of client and employee confidentiality.

Demonstrates knowledge of basic HR Management practices; demonstrates commitment to own development as HR professional.

Assists in the coordination of a variety of associate engagement needs Performs other HR and administrative duties as requested or required.

Job Requirements JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements
•1
– 3 years of experience in an administrative role
•Associate’s degree with course work in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
