THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ENLISTMENT IN THE U.S. ARMY OR ARMY RESERVE Human Resources Specialist As a Human Resources Specialist in the U.S. Army, your primary goal is to assist in the retention, career advancement, and overall career development of Soldiers within your assigned unit. A human resource specialist directly facilitates unit transfers, travel orders, and salary-related workflows to ensure timely adjudication of all administrative functions.However, we offer our Soldiers much more than just a paycheck we offer a purpose-driven career that allows applicants to align their passion points with their professional pursuits.
